Our office is open to serve your needs every Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time (holidays excluded). We often work longer than the hours we publish and sometimes we might step out to run an errand during the day. If you are transferred to our voice mail system please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Method of Payment 
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or certified funds in advance. Personal checks are not accepted. COD will incur additional charges. A Cashier's Check, Money Order or an Official Bank Check will be required for UPS COD orders. No CODs on International orders (please review our International policies above). There will be a $50.00 charge for returned checks.

Shipping
Standard UPS shipping rates will be applied to your order. Please note in the comments box if you would like a shipping quote before processing your order.

Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt via regular UPS ground service. If you are in a rush, we will gladly ship your order via UPS guaranteed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day service. Items shipped UPS ground to a business address are also guaranteed. Items too large or heavy to be shipped via UPS will be shipped by motor freight or air freight with shipping charges to be collected at delivery.
