E-mail is usually the best method for the quickest response as it is often difficult to reach us via telephone.
Our voice-mail service is activated after 15- 20 rings, so please be patient. If you are transferred to our voice-mail, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Our office is open Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Often we cannot answer the phone as we are assisting other customers. Please leave your contact information, so we can respond quickly.
Place your order by mail, email or phone. Order should include a complete description, method of payment, plus item size and color if applicable. In the event of a problem or question with your order, a phone number where we can reach you during normal business hours is also extremely important. There is a $50.00 minimum order.
We prefer a wire transfer deposit directly to our account. After you submit an order, we will give you a total, including shipping, in the form of a Pro-Forma Invoice, then we will send you instructions on wire transferring your payment. Alternatively, we will accept payment by credit card. We require a photocopy of the credit card (with readable numbers) and also of a driver's license (photo identification card). The driver's license and credit card must have the same name. The product must be shipped to the billing address of the card or another address that the credit card company will authorize. A signed letter must be faxed with the credit card authorizing the charge to be made to the credit card. In some cases a copy of a recent credit card statement may be needed to authenticate the credit card information. We know this may be cumbersome but it is only for your and our protection against credit card fraud. We appreciate your understanding.
Method of Payment:
VISA, MasterCard, American Express or certified funds in advance is requested. A direct wire transfer is often the best method of payment. Personal checks and C.O.D. cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Please contact us for direct wire transfer information.
Standard UPS shipping rates will be applied to your order. Please note in the comments box if you would like a shipping quote before processing your order. We apologize that we cannot quote a shipping rate when placing your order; the shipping rates are updated every 24 hours within the UPS software. We always strive to keep your shipping fees as low as possible, and charge only the current rate with no additional handling fees or inflated prices. Please feel free to research our rate quotes any time. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt via regular UPS ground service. If you are in a rush, we will gladly ship your order via UPS guaranteed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day service.
Items shipped UPS ground to a business address are also guaranteed. Items too large or heavy to be shipped via UPS will be shipped by motor freight or air freight with shipping charges to be collected at delivery. Customers who refuse an order will be held responsible for return freight to Weberpower as well as the original freight. Weberpower will not apply any charges to your credit card until the order is shipped, unless a special order warrants pre-payment.

Fed-EX, UPS & DHL are the preferred shippers from our location. We will check and determine the best possible shipping method to your destination, and often offer you a choice of carriers. If you have a shipping carrier and your own account that you prefer to use, please inform us and we will update our billing statement. Please specify if you prefer Intl Priority or Economy.
Any normally stocked product may be returned, freight pre-paid, within 30 days and is subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns will be accepted after the 30 day grace period. All returned goods and packaging must be unused and in re-saleable condition. No returns on electrical goods or special order items. Shipping is not refundable. All returns require an RMA number; please call for instructions.
Weberpower guarantees our products to be free of defects due to workmanship or materials. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of a defective part. No warranty of any kind, express or implied, is made respecting the products sold. Because racing is a risky sport, the buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of said products.
We require a minimum 50% deposit on any custom or special order. This is non-refundable.
